What is the difference between logo customization and full customization?

- Logo customization (MOQ 100 pieces): Your logo or design is printed on one of our 25 standard in-stock bag sizes using foil stamping, screen printing, or digital printing. - Full customization (MOQ 1,000 pieces): A bag built to your specification — custom dimensions, materials, handle types, colors, printing, and other requirements. What does "print area" mean?

The print area is the percentage of your design that covers the side of the bag — for example, 30% or 60% coverage. A larger print area may affect pricing, so let us know your design size and we'll quote accordingly.

Can I see a mock-up or proof before production?

Yes. We can provide a mock-up or screen proof for your approval, either before or after you place your order. Nothing goes to print until you're happy with how it looks.

How long does customization take?

Logo customization takes 3–5 business days on top of our standard 1–2 day order processing. Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Can I customize the ribbon or handles?

Yes! Here is how handle and ribbon customization works: - Handles: Each gift bag comes standard with a matching handle. If you need custom handles, this requires a custom quote, with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starting from 500 pieces. - Ribbons: Select gift bags include an additional removable ribbon.
